Design

My name is Jessy Montoya. I am a Bronx-bred illustrator, graphic designer and motion designer. Currently, I am working independently as a Brand designer and Social Media Manager.

I derive a lot of my inspiration from turn of the century advertisement illustrations and meld those inspirations with a contemporary aesthetic. I love using the mixture of old and new to produce something we might not have seen yet. The digital world, as I grew in this field, became a large part of my continued love for learning new techniques and helped me to fuse my passion for sketching and illustration. P&Co.Death Before Decaf poster

In 2016, I had the pleasure of designing a poster for P&Co. [based out of Birmingham,UK] for their collection, "Death Before Decaf". The piece became part of their collection and has been sold and shipped around the world.

Mark of Wealth Company Branding

For this emerging Tattoo Recovery line, I designed their brand identity and aesthetic, product packaging, and their site to create a cohesive look - exemplifying the love and care for the artistry of tattoo culture and in their words to "truly preserve your Mark of Wealth".
